Blok Break #1: pilates from your kot



It’s that favourite time of the year again when everybody crams for their exams. But now and then you also need to take a break from your revision. Our first Blok Break proved quite challenging! This time around, you can work up a sweat during a Pilates group class.

In addition to BBB, the UAntwerp Plus Pass also offers online Pilates classes to UAntwerp students and employees. Because our recent workout was such a huge success, however, we decided to treat you to another unforgettable training.


Make sure that you have plenty of space to stretch in your kot and pick out a cool outfit for your workout. You’ll also need a mat and a drinking bottle!
