As we’ve been through challenging times into our homes lately during the ‘new normal’, we do know that some of us have improved their skills in kitchen remarkably  and for that very reason, we have a tasty announcement that may increase your appetite to Turkish Mezze (Side Dish) Culture and flavour your day !


The ‘Turkish Mezze Workshop’ that will be organized by Chef. Semen Öner (BAU Culinary Arts) on May 16th, at 3 P.M. (GMT+3) and you’re all welcome to join through the Instagram live broadcast to be aired on time.

Haydari-Yoghurt Mezze

Strained Plain Yoghurt 450 GR

Water 75 GR

Mint Dry or fresh (to Taste)

Olive Oil To Taste

White Cheese 150 GR (or Feta Cheese)

Garlic 3 Cloves

Dill Dry or Fresh (to Taste)

Broad Beans 350GR (Canned broad beans are ok)

Carrot 50 GR

Potatoes 50 GR

Roasted Eggplant Salad

Roasted Eggplants 200 GR (Canned or you can roast in the oven before the workshop)
