Chocolate mug cake
Serves: 1 very hungry person (or to share)
Ingredients
4tbsp (40g) self-rising flour
1tbsp (8g) cocoa powder
2tbsp (30g) sugar
4tbsp (75ml) milk
1tsbp (15g) neutral oil or melted butter
1tbsp chocolate paste of 1 small chocolate bar
Method
Combine the flour, the cocoa, and the sugar in a mug and stir well.
Add the milk and the oil (or butter) and mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Drop the spoonful of chocolate paste in the centre of the mixture (it will subside while baking) or press the chocolate bar into the centre of the mixture.
Put it in the microwave for 60 seconds (depending on your appliance you may need 10 seconds more or less, the top of the cake must be almost 'dry') for the perfect, gooey cake.
Enjoy!
