Blok Break #5: 15 minutes ASMR

We’re back! After two relatively intensive workouts, the time has come to relax and calm down with ASMR.

Do you know that pleasant, tingly feeling you sometimes get when you hear specific sounds? A sensation that starts in the back of your head, working its way into your neck and back. This is called an Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, or ASMR for short.

YouTube star Nanou Philips has developed a relaxing ASMR break, especially for you. Do take a look on Monday at 4 pm.
